This yoga class consists of the basic principles of Transcendental Kriya Yoga and is designed to align the spinal column and remove pranic blockages through-out the body. It activates the pranic body through various exercises and pranayamas (breathing techniques). The class includes standing, squatting, sitting and laying on the ground postures. There are several meditation techniques as well as visualizations.
