Manas Jyoti Kriya-Luminous Mind

We eat in certain way, we walk in certain way, we think in certain way, in other words we have certain behavioral patterns and tendencies, all these we gather from outside world. As we age, we loose flexibility. Not only flexibility in the Body but in the Mind as well. We loose ability to multitask as well. We become slower. We establish our “very own” way of thinking and view of things. It is like grooves in the vinyl record, our mind and actual physical brain neural connections get deeply grooved. Same way of thinking day in day out. Have you noticed it, same though patterns… forever.

Our bodies become rigid and stiff and that manifests on many levels. Our ways of thinking, looking at the things , no different. I have observed even very young people have old minded, narrow-minded views to the world. Doesn’t matter what “book” you read, either about god or any other idea. It is one of the most heartbreaking observations I’ve encountered. Our upbringing, society, religion and many many other things we gather from the outside world, condition us in to what we call “Ourselves”.

We find ourselves as this concoction of thoughts, ideas, aspirations of various types, unaware of where it all comes from and how. We never question mechanisms and ownerships. We blame subconscious nature for all this trouble if even that.

As modern humans, we cannot sustain our concentration for long, especially if the subject is not pleasant. We try to set the goals, high goals, but mostly we cannot last for long in pursuit, because we run out of will power. We are unable to peak and use our full potential. We read books on success and self help, but at the end of the day it all boils down to just another beautiful unreachable idea. We try to get rich, but it also slips away, because we believe , in order to get rich we need money. As weekend comes, we ease in to couple of beers, or few glasses of “red one” and keep dreaming some more…

All these patterns are not “Your unique” problems. It all is “Mind” games. No matter how you look at it. We want to change that, but we don’t know how. As we age it all becomes harder and harder and one day we realize that we are powerless. We run in circles and there is no escape. Is it fair?

Yes, absolutely it is fair! We can believe in lightning as greek god Zeus, but you know how weather works aren’t you. You don’t have to believe once you KNOW.

Through the power of subconscious repetition, we get ourselves in to this mess. We don’t know how to change our thought patterns, yet emotions. We are locked in to this game (Leela) indefinitely. The game is endless and circle is complete. We can repeat this process for many lifetimes and it will keep on spinning.

Our desire is the most powerful thing. Through desire we find bondage or liberation. How to undo this ball of yarn?

Manas in Sanskrit means Mind, Jyoti is Light, Kriya is inner action. It is luminous mind kriya that is devised to change the patterns and get back your willpower.

Our brains have millions of neural pathways. These pathways are not only in the brain , but in the energy (pranic) body as well, as a matter of fact all 72000 pathways. The one who starts practicing this Kriya , with time can achieve miraculous results. In any kind of field. It is just Yogis, don’t want to waist time on worldly people. They don’t want these precious techniques to be used for money. For material.

So, these patterns, the pathways can be changed. In this, power to visualize is paramount. Through visualization we acquire power of concentration. Otherwise just concentration alone is very difficult, you may loose desire to practice, before results come. All Yoga needs these tricks, how else will youl excel. Astral travel , astral projection , I call it “all that crap” comes with this.

Pranamaya Kriya

Shiva-Adhi Yogi. First Yogi and First Guru

Shiva-Adhi Yogi. First Yogi and First Guru

Prāṇa in Sanskrit means life force. It is abundant energy that permeates all animate and inanimate objects. It is everywhere. Pranamaya is first Kriya I have ever learned more than 28 years ago. It is descending Shakti Kriya. In classical Kundalini Yoga the lower chakras are awakened first, but with Pranamaya it is not so. Shakthi means power or energy. It is  said that Universe is created out of 2 forces. One is active and another inert or passive. So Pranamaya that is how I named it, because I couldn’t find another name. It is very very rare Kriya. Through out my endless travels and research in to the subject of Yoga, I couldn’t find anything like it. Pranamaya is descending shakthi and is activating upper chakras first. It helps tremendously with enhancing perception and receptivity. Because it works directly with ones energy body and field, hence Pranamaya. It makes it cohesive and balanced. The strength of practitioners “aura” becomes very apparent.

I strongly discourage Yogic powers to be used for healing, because the main goal is awareness, not body. Body heals when proper conditions for healing are met. But using ones energy involves Karmic exchange and that is not desirable especially in the beginning . True results of practicing are noticed when someone changes habits, breaks free form old karmic structures and this Kriya is very effective for that. There’s no free rides in this life, therefore I strongly encourage everybody to work and learn by themselves . Once energy channels or nadis are cleaned, great tings start happening in one’s life.

Kundalini Kriya Shakthi

Since ancient times, only very few initiated followers got accepted in to Kundalini ways of Yoga. Not long ago , all yoga was for very few selected ones. We as modern beings believe that we choose and that all choices are ours. But in reality it is not so. Yoga chooses us, guru chooses, but not us…

We may find millions of excuses not to practice, and that is how karmic cycle works. It is some sort of safety valve. Only ripen fruits are good for consumption. The word Kundalini means-”coiled one” and is located or felt especially at the beginning at the base of the spine. It is life force that drives us.

For an uninitiated it is dormant, sleeping. Only in rare occasions makes very minute moves. It is said that ordinary human beings can use 2% of whats available. And that artists can access it more…like 5%. And that is enough for survival.

Imagine a being that has 100% . It is not possible to imagine, because mind only can imagine what it has already experienced + fantasizing or modifying it.

Nowadays, we can see so many “teaching” Kundalini. Kundalini is “good” for you.But in my experience very, very few Great Yogis posses it.It is sad that it became commercial branding of yoga, but it is true.Even people who have no clue about it, still “teach” it.

Mere physical exercises are not enough, there must be life transmission form a guru.

Is it dangerous? Of course it is very dangerous. It can change you so much, that you would not be able to live the way you used to.Your friends may change, your family may reject you. Even your husband or wife may leave you.

There is so much preparation for it.Some gurus require of their disciples to leave family life in order to get this knowledge.

That is why Kundalini Kriya is leveled. You start form one level, move to another and so on…Once old habits are dropped, next level of perception becomes available.

Remember, energy or Kriya yoga is the most dangerous, the most potent and the most rewarding of all yogas. You can use the knife to kill, and you can use it to cut the fruits for your dishes.

Knife in this case is technology, Yoga is technology.

Tips for Kundalini

01 : Do not practice yoga for personal gain, it is grave mistake.

02 : Don’t seek health with Yoga, change our lifestyle and you will get it

03 : Good health is only side effect of Yoga

04 : Yogis not necessarily live long.
